Product information

Quiet, automatic and universally usable. Top-layer samples to 25 cm with three programs for different soils, and quick mounting on almost any vehicle.

Since 1999 the Wintex 1000 has been our best-selling automatic soil sampler for samples down to 25 cm. Customers value it for its ease of use, its consistency and its speed: up to 300 sticks and 20 samples an hour.

It is built to sample the top layers of the soil, where micronutrients are measured. Depth is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 25 cm, and three programs adapt it to different soils. The specially developed probe carries 300–450 g of soil, the quantity laboratories prefer, and drops each sample automatically into a soil box, ready for bags or boxes to the lab.

From the field

“Our first Wintex 1000 soil probe was bought four years ago and this season it hit over 82,000 holes on the counter. This unit is mounted inside a truck and works flawlessly. We pulled the unit apart this year to see what parts we would have to replace to prevent downtime, but found that none of the wear plates needed to be replaced. The unit was still in perfect condition.”
